in the oven
Follow these steps for the best crunch from the oven:
1. Always cook from frozen.
2. Preheat your oven to 200°C (Fan 180°C / Gas 6).
3. Remove your tenders from the packaging and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.
4. Pop them into the center of your oven and cook for 18-22 minutes.
5. Remember to flip your chicken halfway so both sides get a golden tan. Cook until properly crispy, making sure not to overcook.
6. Now the hard part: allow them to stand for 1 minute before digging in. Serve with your favourite sauce! Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving.
Cook before eating, do not eat raw.

in air fryer
Follow these steps for the best crunch from the air fryer (based on an air-fryer capacity of 4L).
1. Always cook from frozen.
2. Set your air fryer to 180°C and let it preheat.
3. Remove your tenders from the packaging and place them in the basket.
4. Keep them spread out as a single layer for the best crunch.
5. Air fry for 10 minutes, until properly crispy, shaking halfway to get an even cook. Make sure not to overcook.
6. Now the hard part: allow them to stand for 1 minute before digging in. Serve with your favourite sauce! Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving.
